Biography

Zheng Quan once practiced medicine and taught at Zunyi Medical University, and has served as president of several large plastic and aesthetic hospitals in Chengdu, Chongqing, and other cities. He has been engaged in dermatologic aesthetic work for more than 30 years and has extensive clinical experience.

Academic Achievements: He is the first proponent of the “cosmetic laser” concept and the founder of the discipline of Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery. He has also served as editor-in-chief of multiple professional books, including Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery, Cosmetic Skin Treatment Techniques, and Clinical Manual of Cosmetic Microneedling, and participated as a co-editor in works such as Practical Dermatology and Venereology Therapeutics. In addition, he is one of the drafters of the Chinese group standard for microneedle treatment operating specifications.

Professional Appointments: He has held multiple important positions, including President of the Chinese Association of Minimally Invasive Biologic Aesthetic Medicine, Chairman of the Microneedle Professional Committee of the Minimally Invasive and Dermatologic Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Branch of the Chinese Association of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, and Chairman of the New Technology Session of the World Congress of Anti-Aging Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine (Taiwan, China).
